im 15. im 5"6. i am overwieght. Ive been on a diet for a couple of months and ive lost 20lbs so far. but the first time i weighed myself was 2-3 months ago...and i havnt lost any wieght since then. i excercise everyday and like i said im on a proper diet, so no probs there.

I don`t drink alot of water...maybe 2 cups a day...if not 2 cups then maybe a sip lol (bad i kno).
i heared that your suppose to drink at least 8-12 cups of water a day..
and i was wondering if that was the reason why i havnt been losing anything.

if u could explain y that would be great

Yes i think it probably is one of the reasons. You really ought to drink an 8 ounce glass of water about 15 to 30 minutes before each meal. Then be sure to drink a another 8 ounces before you exercise to hydrate yourself before starting to exercise. also have water handy during and after exercising.
Congrats on losing that 20 lbs. Are you going to a regular gym where they can measure your body.?
Muscle weighs more than fat and if your working out and your clothes are getting looser, then you are losing fat even if the scales has not changed.
Try eating 5 or 6 small meals a day instead of 3 meals.In afternoon, you could have an apple, mid morning a small piece of cheese and 4 soda crackers or melba toast. Try not to let your self get ravenous before you eat, cause for sure you will eat faster and eat more.
