Hi! I make it a part of my schedule...just like going to work, or anything else. For me, working out in the morning works... This way, if something comes up during the day ...at least I got my workout in...no excuses =)
Make the mornings YOUR TIME....No phones, no interruptions! You also have a lot more energy in the morning and working out makes you feel better throughout the day.

I get up an hour earlier and exercise, also exercise right after work before making dinner. I'm a 40hr a weeker and make time, though I don't have kids so that might make a difference... Back when I was in college and working I still made time by getting up early.Health Question & Answer
