Question: What is the proper way to do a work out.? .?
Just about once a week, I exercise at a local track where I live. I usually start off with a brisk walking pace, and then I work up to jogging for a few laps, and end with a brisk walking pace again. My question is, how many laps should I do and how long should I work out for.? Should I continue working out as I have stated, by starting of with a brisk walk and then jogging.? Thanks in advance.
