How do you stayed inspired?!
Question: How do you stayed inspired.?
I started a health plan and I stuck to it for about a month. I felt GREAT until I relapsed 2 weeks ago. I feel guilty for eating the junk-food my parents buy, but I have a sweet tooth (fruit roll ups, licorice, ice cream, cobbler, etc.). I want to get back on, but I don't know how I'm going to stay at it until I reach my goal. My family gives me little to no support and call me anorexic because I quit soda and perfer an apple to chips. Any suggestions.?Health Question & Answer

I completely understand where you're coming from! I also stuck to a health plan for a month and then kind of screwed it up. I also have a sweet tooth and am a sucker for all of the junk food that my parents buy. Why can't they just keep it out of the house.? I think the key is to find something that will really motivate you. I kept trying to motivate myself by just wanting a nice body but that never worked. I need something more powerful than that. I have a Hawaii trip coming up this summer with my chorus class so I'm using that as my motivation. I got my parents to agree (eventually) to not give me the money for the trip unless I get lose the weight I need to by the time the trip rolls around. This trip is so important to me that I know I wont give up on my diet or skip a workout because that would mean no Hawaii. Try to find something like that. Good luck!Health Question & Answer

specify goal such as lose 6 lbs by end of October.
