Question: Can i lose half a stone in a week.? tone up stomach, thighs etc in a more sensible way than starving myself...?
Basically, I've gone on the pill recently and that combined with an increase in my appetite has caused me to put on about half a stone so I'm now 10stone, my ideal weight would be 9stone.

What's the best way of toning up and losing that extra weight in a week.? I go to uni next Sunday so that's my time limit haha

I know I could lose about half a stone if I just didnt eat anything as Ive done that before, but I'm looking for a more sensible way..Health Question & Answer

Losing a stone in just one week might be a little extreme, but not too much, I think it should be fine.

A really solid exercise is, of course, running. Personally, I think
running outside is more affective than running on a treadmill, because you might have to run on an incline/decline, which would help tone your muscles more, and you would probably sweat more. You could also do other exercises like swimming and jumping rope, because those use most, if not all, of your muscles.

also, dieting a little wouldn't be that bad. Just distract yourself from food and don't hang around the kitchen a lot because that would make it easier to fall into temptation.Health Question & Answer
