Question: Health/fitness experts- bread. read.?
do i eat too much bread in a day.? here is an example:

breakfast- whole wheat bread/bagel w/ peanut butter and granola w/ apple on it

lunch- 6 in. sub w/ turkey lettuce tomato

dinner- whole wheat pasta w/ broccoli chicken & parmesan cheeseHealth Question & Answer


Answers:
that's a lot of starch but don't forget that it is the bottom and largest group of the food pyramid, and well i guess if memory serves me right, it is also the group that we need the most servings from. so i think you are fine, just eat whole wheat its better for you, and of course get your daily dosage of other food groups as well, such as veggies, and meat, dairy, etc. all of them will give you the sustenance to survive, and all equally important.
