I'm not really happy w/my body I feel like I'm constantly big/bloated. Do you think I need to lose weight or tone up.?
I know HOW to lose weight, but I'm not too sure on how to tone up.?

not over the top tho, just excersize, maybe walk or jogg a few hours a week, and maybe push up or sit ups, your weight is your benefit in this department, good luck,

If you feel like you're bloated all the time, you should cut down on sodium and drink more water and eat fruits and vegetables. Make sure you've got a balanced diet too!
To tone up, do 30-45 min cardio work outs (biking, running, swimming, etc.) and lift weights. Do weights M-W-F and cardio T-Th-Sa. Take a break on Sunday. :)

You don't need to loose weight. If you want to tone up. I suggest you do weights 2-3 three times a week. Cardio should be in the morning before you eat or right after weights. Drink a protein shake within 45 min of your workout. Don't worry you won't bulk up.Health Question & Answer
Tone up. You're not fat. Just get some little weights and do tons of reps with them (as many as you can.) This gives small, lean muscles that look good on females and will trim excess fat (that you don't seem to have, but I will humor you.) Health Question & Answer
