Question: Im really struggling to lose my final 10lb........?
After the birth of my baby I had quite a fair amount to lose...I did it slowly and sensibly...and worked out a lot....the final 10lb will not budge......im really getting frustrated........would a quick crash diet be the answer for a week or two, and then try to maintain any weight loss by sensible eating........People say crash diets don't work...blah blah......and I know its not the healthiest way to go, but I wonder if I could trick my body by significantly reducing my food intake, then once at my goal try to maintain by eating healthily and continuing to work out........maybe even a detox over several days.?
