for the past 3 or 4 weeks, i have been going to the gym and running for an hour at abou5.5-6 miles an hour. i have also been eating a non saturated fat high protein diet. lately, iv been having cravings for sugar, especially sodas. i dont want greasy or fatty foods, just sugarsHealth Question & Answer
