Hell ya, lol I would. But make sure to drink something else besides just a small red bull, red bull cant quench a thirst. Meaning itd take u a little bit more of something like powerade, to not feel dehydrated soo much. I know because i rollerbalde, play basketball, and etc.Health Question & Answer

Energy drinks don't often aid in performance. They are usually intended to stimulate your brain so that you are more alert, not more athletically able. Sports drinks such as Gatorade are a better bet because they contain electrolytes, compounds that help your nerves send impulses more efficiently and enable your muscles to work harder and longer. Start drinking at the beginning of the day. Begin drinking a large Gatorade when you wake up and drink it through out the day. Try and drink two at the most at least thirty minutes before your jumps, and after each jump. If you drink too much too fast it might make you sick, so regulate your drinking and limit to two large bottles.Health Question & Answer

lol if you are neurotic about what your drinking I wonder what you're going to be like before the jump!

And if you need to build up the courage before jumping, just think about smashing my (avatar's) face in and prove me wrong!Health Question & Answer

Experiment. See whether you jump longer with the drink or not. I think it wont make a difference. The main technique is to use your arms. Swing your hand upwards and you will go further.Health Question & Answer
