What are some healthy ways for a child to get healthier and lose a couple of pounds.? She is only 9 so no extreme diets or anything like that, just want to get her healhty.Health Question & Answer

Do many sit-ups. You can rarely exercise and still become skinny by doing what my sister does. She doesn't eat anything fried except for every once in a while. She eats a lot of fruits with low-fat yogurt. I tried that too. It tastes really good. If you have one, go outside with your pet if you can. Start walking, make it your time to spend together. Ride bikes, walk the dog, play basketball. Never make it obviouse you want her to lose weight. She is so fragile about her self esteem right now.
