I eat at six Pm and 4 am ,is that enough ,and nothing in the middle because of weight and not working out ,?!

though when i eat and work out together i eat some fruits and yougert and the meals are small so i dont binge ,
and i drink more water then usual ,can that be enough *i mean some people fast and live on water and i m eating small portions of food*everything *like two meals
4 rice spoons or half a bread or oat soup-salad,_peice of protien
i eat that twice ,
not mentioning i m not trying to lose weight but i m struggling to keep that thin ,if i dont i will ruin my wedding gown,i m already skinnyHealth Question & Answer

You are basically clueless about metabolism. I don't mean that to sound harsh but what you are doing is setting yourself to get fat by shutting down your metabolism. Try not to be neurotic. A female's body needs about 16 times its weight in calories per day just to survive and maintain the same weight. When calories are below that, muscle is burned. You end up flabbier and your dress will fit differently. You should be eating six times per day to boost your metabolism Skipping meals is not fasting, its setting yourself up for a binge.
