Question: I need to lose 10 pounds in four days, but how.?
Please do not tell me whats right or wrong. I know about health issues I am 21 years old, and my major is RN and Engineering in robotics. So I pretty much know about a lot of things. What am saying is I understand the risks. So can you folks please bekind today and tell me how and save the cut limb jokes......very annoying.

If you have read posts here have you not heard the term "starvation mode".? Its the way everyone gets flabbier and fatter by using starvation diets. You eat six times per day of fiber rich, complex carb containing, protein laden, meals that contain healthy fats. You lift weights and you perform cardio work. You drink copious amounts of water. Thats how you lose fat (not weight.. "weight on low calorie diets is nothing but water and muscle loss).
