Question: If you were to do weights, and below 16 does that stop you growing...?
i use to do weights, im 14 now, i probably did it when i was 13... would that reduce my growth : /Health Question & Answer

The biggest danger at that age is that your joints and the ends of your bones are still growing and soft. If you life heavy weights, you can permanently damage them through crushing. You should avoid heavy lifting until you're about 19-20 for that reason. Go for less weight and more reps.Health Question & Answer
