Question: Is This a good Workout.? Please Help!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!.?
Is this a good workout plan for weight loss and muscle building.? Keep in mind i am 5'7 and 155, and i used to only do indoor cycling.
Monday: Running 45 min ( 5 km)
Tuesday: Step class ( 1 hour)
Wednesday: Indoor Cycling or running ( 45)
Thursday: Indoor Cycling and weight training ( 45 + 1 hour)
Friday: Running and sometimes weight training

Let me know what you think, i am trying to add in running because i know if i do to much of cycling my body will get used to it to fast. If you have anymore suggestions, it would be greatly appreciated

Wow, you're gonna be busy! Ya, it looks excellent, but here are some extra pointers;

- don't overexert yourself, you don't want to get to tired everyday to keep up with your daily basis, and being constantly tired and experiencing fatigue is not good for your body either.

- what ever you do, stay away from those advertized weight loss kits or food or pills or anything to do with commercialized weight loss products

- Remember, once you start, stick to the schedule, and don't cut yourself slack (unless you find it too much to do and you don't have the time) if you want to see an improvement. If you just do that for 1 week, and then you 'forget' or don't feel like doing it the next week, or the next, but in three weeks you decide to try twice, but then you stop again, you'll get nowhere.

- Maintain a healthy life style (eat healthy food!!) while exercising. Avoid pop, fast food, and ready to eat frozen or microwaved food. Ifexercisercize but it junk every day, there won't be much of an improvement; you may get amuscularcular but in time you'll get really sick.

It sounds like you are getting enough cardio but you need to add more weight training into your routine. Work your upper body one day and do your cardio the next. Then work your lower body one day and do your cardio the next. Just alternate like this and over time you will reach your goals.
