I joined Gold Gym recently and want to get rid of fat around my knees and calves. What machines should i use?!


Question: I joined Gold Gym recently and want to get rid of fat around my knees and calves. What machines should i use.?
I am 5'5'' and weigh about 130 lbs. I have no problems above my waist but everything below should be smaller. I have zip up boots that i cant zip up all the way and I consider myself a skinny girl. What can i do for my calves/ankles/knees.? Health Question & Answer


Answers:
Run, Run, and Run (or cycle, cycle, cycle)

Get those legs goin' on any cardio machine.

It would be recommended to run on an incline as this will introduce your calves into the exercise (you'll definitely feel it the next day!)

Weights won't do that much but create muscle. That's not what you want, so don't stress about machines :D

machines are okay but you really need to concentrate on aerobic exercise. Get on a treadmill or something. Lifting weights doesn't burn much fat. But what it can do is build muscle which burns more fat so if your going to do something do both.Health Question & Answer

You need to focus on cardio, jogging is much better than cycling in your case since cycling will build more muscle in your thighs and calves.Health Question & Answer
