Pushups. Break past your limit by a lot. When you start to feel the pain you know you're at your limit, but keep on going. Control your breathing. When you fall you'll feel the pain, but it'll feel good. Break for about 30 seconds and then do it again. You'll feel weaker, but you should get a bit over half of what you just did. And just keep doing it until you can't anymore...
