Answers:
Usually everyday with dumb bells. I curl up around 40 pounds 18 times then another 18 times by pushing them up above my head. I haven't dropped them yet and hopefully I won't otherwise there will be a huge hole in the floor. I also do one more lift each day.Health Question & Answer
I hit the gym at least five times a week..sometimes six. When I go only four days I'll go in the morning around 10 for chest, then again later around 7 p.m. for abs. Some weeks I work two body parts for the morning event and only go four times a week. My weight is 172 lbs and I'm right where I need to be. According to any BMI chart I'm over weight for my height of 5'9" but with only 7% body fat...I'm hardly overweight..I never go by those charts anyway.Health Question & Answer
