5ft 3 and 115-117lbs

I want to be skinner.
I have love handles and a big stomach.
Stretch marks are now visible around my leg theighs.

any tips on how i could go to 90 lbs.?

and 90 is not underweight

89-131 is the healthy range for my height - i checked
