That is easy for most people, run on treadmill or go for a jog regularly for approx 30min each day on a comfortable speed and elevation.

1. No Soda or carbonated drinks! Drink lots of water!
2. No donuts! Cut down on sweets.
3. Don't eat too much before bed time. A small snack is ok.
4. Exercise!
Being that you're only 12...you shouldn't try an crazy diet. All you need to do is eat a healthy balanced diet with whole grains, fruits, veggies, meat, chicken, etc. and cut out fried fatty foods and soda pop.Health Question & Answer

i joined water polo and i lost sooo much weight!
along with a sport, eat healthier foods. like apples bananas, salads (fat free dressings).
