if i were to run 5 laps around a track every two days for 8 months, would my butt get toned.?

ha ha ha. Yeah, I say running helps tone up your whole body.
But, If you really want to tone your butt then you should do other stuff. Females like to do "lunges". I see a lot of girls do it the gym.
also, I know if you walk up hills or climb stairs that works out your butt too.
