i would highly suggest the special k diet. i started 31/2 weeks ago and i've already lost 7 pounds. I thought it wouldn't work but it is awesome. The food is really good and it actually fills you up. Plus i've lost this weight without exercising, i just really don't have the time. It's really great.!
