Hi , i just wanted to know at what calorie intake does your body conserve fat, and start becoming anorexic. Because I want to diet, but i don't want to become anorexic, like is it 1000 calories .? Plz comment, thankyou ! Health Question & Answer

500-800 calories is really low. To lose weight the healthy way, you can try a 1200 calorie diet. It will make you lose weight, but its a healthy way to do it. Health Question & Answer
