My metabolism is really bad. Use a 1500 calorie a day diet, and jogging for an hour a day, everyday. I lost 2stone in two months. average it on how much weight you want to lose overall eg half a stone, 3 stone etc. Then decide how long you want to do it for.
Its hard starting but you know it works.

tips:exclude the following form your diet:
Bread, dairy, carbonated drinks

tip: drink plenty of water, eat very LOW carborhydrate foods, this way your fat will be used for energy.
