Question: Did I eat okay today.? PLEASE help! dessert ideas.?!.?
Okay I had about 750 calories which I am not too worried about because it was really all healthy and stuff...full of whole wheat bread sandwich, whole wheat bagel, banana, pear, etc.
but for dinner,
I had 1 cup of whole wheat pasta (200 cal), 4 oz of grilled boneless skinless chicken (120 cal) and about 1.5 cups of steamed broccoli (50 cal.?). that was about ...400 calories I guess.
which would leave me at right about my limit of 1200 calories for the day.
but I really want something dessert-y/chocolate-y.
but I dont want to go over my limit!
I have 100 calorie animal crackers pack, chocolate chip teddy grahams, chocolate mint thins (natural), and natrual organic cookies ( but 2 is 140 calories).
So I dont know which to pick. Are there any good healthy organic cookies you know of I can buy at the store.?
I have had exercise, i've ran 3 miles in 28 minutes, 150+ crunches all ways, some machines at the gym.
and in about an hour i was planning on running one more mile and/or doing pilates videos.
so help please!!
