Did i eat too much? Easy points!?!


Question: Did i eat too much.? Easy points!.?
Hi, I was wondering if i have eaten to much today.?

Breakfast
-Peanut butter toast on white bread (creamy) around 160 cal..?

Lunch
- Noodles approx. 290 cal.

Dinner
- 2 Chicken tenders (no skin, and baked only with salt and pepper) 150 cal.
-Baked potato w/small spoonful of butter, and pepper approx. 300 cal.
-serving of corn 70 cal.

Total Calories (approxamatly) 970.

Plus i am going to do 30 minutes of cardio, and 20 minutes of other exercises.Will that be good enough to burn off some//most of the calories i took in.? Is this a good amount of food.? Or should i eat less.? (i know i need more fruits, we just dont have any right now)

If i eat around that much, and those exercises should i lose weight.?

No you didn't eat to much! But that's good that you're exercising. Most definitely you will lose weight.....just don't lose to much weight because that will be really bad. Buy fruits and vegetables and eat more of them. You will shed some pounds in no time! :)
