Hot peppers, healthy or unhealthy?!
Question: Hot peppers, healthy or unhealthy.?
I've been eating healthy + lifitng to gain weight for a while now, and the same chicken breast/tuna/oats/vegetables/eggs/rice have been getting real old fast. If I started adding hot peppers into meals, would it hurt/stall me in any way.? And does anyone have recommendations for what kind I should look for.?Health Question & Answer

They are good for you! They have like 0 calories. Best of all though, spicy foods boost your metabolism is a known fact. Keep up with the spicy stuff! I always use Tabasco w/eggs. Chicken and tuna can stand on their own pretty well. Every now and then I like to spice up my chicken.

it won't hurt- it can add another vegetable to your daily diet and adds flavor.
they may also help you feel fuller quicker- i've noticed that i eat less when i add jalapenos or some chili's to my meals. (it could be the burning tongue- but it's so good!)Health Question & Answer
