U mm i don't believe that fat at all.
But you cant just do sit ups and then have trimmed abs and hips.
You need to do cardio, Start running a mile a day and make a goal time and try do it. Fast running will trim all the fat off you and replace is with lean muscle.

When i first started my fitness kick i weighed 73kg and ran a mile in 7:30.
12 weeks in i now weigh 76kg(I have no fat on me :P)
and run a mile in 5:14 I have a six PAC and i am sooo close to being able to do 1 handed push ups :P

How tall are you. Because when I was 41 kgs, I was anorexic and i'm 160cm. Yeah I was already an adult ,but 41kgs is not fat. You still have time to grow. Exercise is healthy, but you are doing it for the wrong reasons.Health Question & Answer

Umm thats very thin actually. You dont need to do any exercise to loose weight. If osmeone calls you fat with those measurements theyre just trying to hurt you.

Hello i am 11 and i weigh 37 kilo's and i am considered skinny, you are just right don't worry what they think they probably weight like 50kgs and are jealous.
