i have no more than 800 calories a day&do 2 hours exercise.?

be very careful with how much you exercise bc you could end up gaining weight/muscle or simply toning up depending on what you do. if u are set on exercising for so long, then walking is the best idea - include some stairs, bc if u exhaust your body it will all work against you. everyone is meant to take 10000 steps a day, so walking A LOT is a good idea. this much exercise is more than enough for u to lose weight quickly without having to starve urself.
the best way to lose weight quickly is not to stress. people dont realise how much emotions play part in weigh loss/gain. eating less than the suggested bare minimum of 1200 will stress your body and your emotions and leave u nutritiently depleated. by not fueling the body properly u will lower your hormones which are vital to maintaining and losing weight (extreme low cal = depleated metabolism = less food burned = eventual uncontrolable weight issues). u might find that u gain weight depending on ur body and emotional state bc it thinks it's facing hard times and needs to store fat to survive - this will certainly happen at some time if not in the two weeks.

it is much more about what you eat (how organic and unprocessed it is, how big the portion, what time of day, how often, what nutritional value) than how much.
