Isn't extra weight hard on the body?!
Question: Isn't extra weight hard on the body.?
Answers:
Of course. Your body works harder when it carries excess weight. When I was fat, my feet and legs hurt a lot, and my heart would race. It's just not healthy to be that overweight. Obesity also leads to heart disease, diabetes, etc. Which is why healthy eating and exercise are so important to overall health, not just to how good we look in a bikini!Health Question & Answer
Yes. The more you weigh, the harder it is for you to stay athletic & be able to run for longer amounts of time.
Think of it like this. If two people are the same height, and have the same body frames, but one weighs 100 pounds while the other is overweight, weighing 200 pounds, wouldn't that not only make it harder to run, but just move in general.? It's also bad for you're body.
The more you are in shape, the better chance you have at living longer.
