I'm a 15 year old female I weigh 120 pounds
I don't want to loose any weight I just want to be more fit, (be able to run longer) and get my legs into shape. Health Question & Answer

To maintain weight, eat normally and don't cut back. Work five days a week with 2 off. Incorporate interval training with your continuous training. The more you run the better your legs will get in shape. Just be sure you eat enough to maintain your current weight.Health Question & Answer

I hired a personal trainer to work out with me 1 hour per day on only Tuesdays and Thursdays, and the change in my body was tremendous after only 3 months.
