Question: Losing weight!.?!.?!.?!.?
im 13, 5'6", and 173 lbs. About a month ago i was 193 lbs so thank GOD i have lost some weight. i do pushups, sit ups, and crunchs stuff like that. i drink a lot of water. what else can i do just at home.?.?.?.?.? my goal weight is 144 MAX. so how much weight can i lose in a week or 2.?.?.?.?.?

You should go outside and run. That's the biggest thing you can do. Or go jogging/walking. If that doesn't work go on Craigslist and try and find an elliptical machine. The water will help you losing weight. I think that you can get to 144 in about a month and a half if your steady with your diet and don't eat empty calories. In two weeks it's not uncommon to lose 10-15lbs.Health Question & Answer

Don't lose track if you are not able to keep up that pace.
Any exercise is good so keep that up. really fine tune your diet. look at stuff like how many calories are in the bread you eat. With any type of food different brands can vary a lot. Lots of water is good. also avoid carbs late in the day.Health Question & Answer
