Most definitely. Skinny people are skinny because they have a high metabolism. You may maintain weight, but that doesn't make you healthy if you stuff your face with unhealthy foods. But yeah one pie won't kill you.Health Question & Answer
Well, im 13, im 5'7 115lbs. and i've eat'n sweets, havnt lost or gained weight dramatically. i run about 3-5 miles everyday, i like running. I wouldnt substitute a dessert for a meal because it seems a lil unhealthy, depending on what the dessert is. Just dont over do it with the sweets k chicka.?Health Question & Answer
You do NOT need to worry about losing weight! It's not healthy to replace meals with desserts...you need nutrient-rich foods to keep your body working right (especially if you run every day). There's nothing wrong with adding a piece of pie to your lunch or dinner; just don't skip a meal for the pie.Health Question & Answer
