im 5' 7 and 14yrs. Weight 229. about 100 pounds overweight.. Im good at running and i dont look like im 229.. I run fast but i get tired easly No STAMINA


how do i start loosing weight..

Losing weight involves diet and exercise, but at your age you should enjoy your eating and not have to worry about too many diet restrictions. Just try to drink more water and less soda, and stop eating about 2 hours before bedtime, because you gain most of your weight during sleep.

I like suggesting weight-loss methods that don't cost "any cent", because we spend too much on gyms and over- the-counter stuff. You need to do very regular jogging, like 4 days a week. If you can't run for long, don't worry, walk to make it up. Just make sure you break a sweat and warm up at the same time. Try to do 2 miles each time. When you're done running/walking, do some sit-ups and leg raises to strengthen your abdominal muscles and a few push-ups to strengthen your arms. All exercises produce weight-loss if they're done after warm-up. Skipping is also a great way to burn fat. Eventually you'll be running 4 miles without an effort and losing pounds.

Talk to a doctor and they will help you formulate a plan to lose the weight. You are obese and need to do something about it as soon as possible. You are risking your health, and at such a young age if you don't fix it it will only get worse. You really will have to change your lifestyle to lose the weight, eating included. Yikes, you should really be worried. I know you do not want to pay any money, but for your age and height that is incredibly overweight (I am a bit over 6 feet, a bit muscular with a decent belly and I only weigh 207 or so).
