well since youre only 12 your metabolism is still good. Do not starve yourself. You can eat as many fruits and veggies you want and you will not get any fat from them, just protein ect. Don't eat until you are full, eat a good amount for breakfast, lunch and supper. You can have snacks inbetween like fruits, a handful of nuts, drink plenty of water. Try to not eat any sweets and things with a lot of calories and trans/saturated fat. If I do that for a week I usally lose 8 pounds.
