breakfast - low fat yogurt
lunch - fruit
tea - weight watcher meals, like chicken fettuccine, mac n cheese but they're 99.9 percent fat free
exercise:
30 min treadmill each day
30 min walk and jog everyday
bike ride everyday
50 sit ups a day
trampoline for 15 min each day
i don't need tips, but can u just tell me if I'll lose about 4-5 kgs in 2 weeks please.?Health Question & Answer

okay but first of all this isn't very healthy. While you will lose the weight, once you stop eating like this you will gain the weight back.
If you can eat like this (one yoghurt, just fruit for lunch) you probably wouldn't need to lose weight in the first place, it's how thin people eat. and if you can exercise that much on so little calories...well...i wouldn't recommend it.Health Question & Answer
