Question: Losing fat in thighs.?
What are some exercises that will help me lose fat in my thighs, my upper body is skinny/fit. I don't want to gain any more muscles in my thighs and calves either. I am a 20 year old female.Health Question & Answer


Answers:
You need to just participate in a cardio exercise. Running, jogging, walking, jumprope, swimming, dancing, and others of that sort. Don't focus on doing leg lifts or things of that nature, because they will not help very much. Try burning off 400 calories a day doing some of these exersises and you will lose the fat on your thighs very quickly. Health Question & Answer

Aerobics such as running and biking really thin out the thighs.
Aside from that, genetics plays a major role.
