Question: Does Lifting Weights make you more hungry.?
I have been doing cardio for 11 weeks and lost 19 pounds. Then I got a bowflex and I am now mixing lifting with running, but I can eat a horse. I still need to lose fat. I am resisting the hunger cravings but they came our of nowhere after I started lifting. Is this normal.?Health Question & Answer

Your body is using up the carbohydrates in your body ( for energy) and using the proteins in your body to repair the micro tears from working out. The important thing is to eat healthy
Pork, Chicken, Lean Beef, Veggies, Fruits, Cottage Cheese, Mushrooms, Eggs... etc... these are all good sources of protein and carbs.
