Thigh toning and slimming..?!
Question: Thigh toning and slimming...?
I'm pretty unhappy with the way that my thighs look. I would like it very much if i could slim them down, but unfortunately I really have no idea how to do so. I know that cardio is the only way to lose fat, so i will start to do more of that. But as for toning of the thigh and butt area, i need some help.

Keep your diet as clean as possible, lay off the junk and do not eat after 8:00pm. Drink 12 cups of water every day.
To lose the fat you need to exercise, but remember that walking is also cardio. It is easy to do, aim for 45minutes a day and go from there. Most will lose 1-2lbs a week. So, depending on how much fat you need to lose, it could take time.
