Question: Does this sound like an okay Healthy Diet Plan.?
Just want your opinion...

Breakfast- Milk, banana, green beans
Snack-almonds
Lunch-lettuce, peas, dressing, apple or orange, milk
Snack-Crackers
Dinner-Meat (Chicken, steak, ect), tomates, broccoli, maybe a roll

Exercise-
*Jogging-20-30 minutes every day.
*Free Weights-45 minutes Every Other Day
*BellyDance-1.5 hrs 1 every wk (Weekly Class), and at least 10 minutes practice every day.

Green beans for breakfast sounds a little strange but not unhealthy.
Overall it looks pretty good. I would suggest balancing out each meal and snack with protein, healthy carbs and a healthy fat. For example, crackers and tuna or crackers and peanut butter as a snack instead of just crackers.Health Question & Answer
