I had to lose 20 pounds before vacation and what I did was eat a chicken breast in the morning, salad w/small portion of cheese & bacon bits for lunch and veggie soup for dinner. I walked everynight before going to sleep. the weight came off everyday. I ended up losing 25 pounds in 3 weeks. and felt perfect. Health Question & Answer

Losing that much weight in two weeks is reeeaaallly unhealthy.
You will get excess skin and stretch marks. baggy eyes etc.
Plus where will you get important nutrients such as protein.? carbohydrates.? lipids.? etc.
Crash diets slow down your metabolism a LOT. when you finish your diet you will gain it all back and some and it will be a lot harder to lose.
I recommend you research some healthy balanced diet and exercise regimes.

you need some lean meats and fish too but you can use nuts,beans,and peanut butter can be used for substitute as protein... you are harming your health doing that...Health Question & Answer
