Answers:
It is because you are dropping inches, and also weight. As soon as you take junk food out of your diet, you are starving the cells of a lot of sugar, fat and other components, and it is causing some of the fat cells to die, so that is why you're losing the weight.Health Question & Answer

When you cut out the junk food, you weren't supposed to stop eating food period. Drinking just water is not the right way or the healthy way to lose weight & keep it off. What you were losing to give you baggy pants, was just water loss. When your body isn't getting healthy food or food period, it starts storing fat cells because it thinks you're on a starvation diet. When that happens, you don't lose weight. Learn what foods are good for your body & eat them daily. Protein stays with you longer & will keep you satisfied longer. (chicken, lean beef, fish, turkey) Cut out sweets & read labels when shopping as there are many hidden sugars in our foods. Do not eat processed foods as they are not good for you. (microwave dinners, lunch meats, hot dogs, etc.) Learn what good carbs & bad carbs are & eat only good carbs but in moderation each day. Yes, the H2O is very important when losing weight, but you can't lose weight on water alone. Daily exercise is a must when losing weight also. Walking is the most natural form of exercise & the easiest on the joints. Increase speed & distance a little at a time.Health Question & Answer
