It really depends on you. If you feel like you work out better in the morning, then do it then. It all depends on when you have more energy and you will put more into your workout. You just shouldn't work out too soon before going to bed or you can have problems falling asleep. Some people feel that if they get the workout over in the morning then they won't have to worry about things that come up later in the day that prevent them from working out. I do both, some days I work out in the morning, some days I work out after work. I am not a morning person, so I know I get a better workout after work, when I have more energy.Health Question & Answer
