Sounds like a perfectly good, healthy diet to me........... I have lost just about 45 lbs (20.4kg) in the last 14 months and still need to loose 30lbs (13.6kg).

My daughter-in-law runs our local Slimming World club and I joined her group (much to my embarrassment as I was one of only three or four fellas in the group) but I've stuck with it and have found it very good. You don't have to count calories or units etc., and you can eat pretty much what you like.

Still if you are just looking to be healthy and not to loose weight then what you are eating and exercising is great. You must be very fit.
