Ultimately the only way to lose stomach fat is through cardio. Run, walk, jog, swim, or play an endurance sport like hockey or soccer. If you decide on just jogging take a set of hand weights with you and do arm exercises while your out there. also, boxing and kickboxing are really good workouts for strength and endurance. I'm suggesting more sports because personally it's easier for me to be motivated when I'm doing something. I get a little bored just jogging around the neighbourhood. Plus I'm a bit competitive so a sport really gets me excited about working out. also eating properly with a balanced diet of protein and carbs will help.
