Question: When's is the most effective time of day to work out.?
I exercise about 3 times a week, at all different times of the day.
What time of day is the most effective in losing weight.?
Morning.? Night Time.? Before you eat.? After you eat.? Mid-day.?

Answers:
It's good to workout anytime but pick a time best for yo.
Mornings always work well for me and I feel good the rest of the day.
At night I'm usually tire and blah so I don't want to workout.

There is no definite time to answer this question. I would try a consistent workout, see if you get the results you want, and adjust to a different time accordingly. Every person is different, after all. As far as working out right before bed - you might affect your sleeping ability, but don't think calories burn any different then. I wouldn't worry much about what you eat unless you want to build muscle, however you want to have enough protein and carbs in your system to give you the energy to sustain the workout and be useful later.Health Question & Answer

It doesn't make a difference UNLESS you exercise with weights or perform weight lifting. The only thing you want to do when lifting weights is provide ample duration for the muscles to rest which is usually 24 to 48 hours. Therefore, working out at the same time every day or every other day is more important. As for the time of day, it's a matter of preference when you feel you are most effective. I think it is when your body feels best. My body is not at it's best in the mornings, I am too hungry (and can't eat before work out b/c I get stomach cramps) and dehydrated. The best time for my body is right after work, I am not hungry because I have had a snack in the afternoon, about two hours before workout, and I have drank at least 32 oz of water throughout the day. Not to mention, it is a great stress relief after a hecktic day!Health Question & Answer

I don't think it makes a difference as far as losing weight, but if you work out at night you dont get as much sleep. I believe the morning time is the best right after breakfast. Bc you jumpstart your metoblism, and get energized for the day :]

after breakfast, and make sure your breakfast includes a lot of egg whites, whoel grain foods and natural juice/sugars and fruit, oatmeal, etc

Worse time is before bed.
