Continue to weight train and do core exercises. This will up your metabolism to loose the extra weight. When running do intervals: spring-walk-sprint-walk ect. It burns more calories during and after then just a steady pace. I can't give you a distance and time per day because everyone's body is different.Health Question & Answer
