Question: Is this good/enough exersize.?
ok so i do 200-300 crunches, arm exersizes, leg lifts, butt exersizes(pilates), some upper leg exersizes, calf exersizes, i go on a 20-40 min. walk, and i do the gazell for 10 min. if im doing this 5-6 days a week when should i see some progress.?.? any tips on getting in shape.?Health Question & Answer

Yes. Sounds like you are doing enough to tone your muscles. Don't forget cardio is very important. I don't believe the Gazelle is good enough. Get to 75-80% max heart rate for 20 minutes at least, for a good cardio work out. This is help burn fat. also watch your diet.
