I am a 15 year old girl, 66 inches, and 125 pounds.
I am active (club soccer for an hour and a half) most days of the week, and when I don't have soccer I like to go running (1-3 miles).
How many calories should I eat to maintain my weight.?

Well im same age im 5'7 n 120 and i don't really count calories to maintain my weight.
But i think about 1,500 would be enough for you but more on the days you run. To loose weight you need to eat less and exercise more but i don't think you need to loose any weight at all.Health Question & Answer
