Question: Need to lose couple of kgs to be fit........help.?
I'm 17,My height is 5ft & I weigh 105.6pounds(48kg).Some ppl say that I'm just fine but I gotto work on my stomach & hips,just by losing
1 or 2kg,I think I'll just be fine.So,how do I go about it & I not only wanna lose a couple of kg but also want tips on maintaining my weight.

Answers:
To lose weight you just have to eat healthy (lots of fruit and veg, 3 meals a day, snack of healthy foods if hungry) and do about an hours of exercise a day.
To maintain your weight eat about 1500 - 2000 calories (no more) and exercise about 3 times a week at least.
